FAQ
- What is the minimum order quantity?
- PLA, PETG and ABS start at 5 kg per colour; Nylon-CF starts at 10 kg. Trial orders below MOQ are accepted at sample pricing.
- Can you produce our own colour?
- Yes. Send a Pantone or RAL reference and we match it; custom colours start at 200 kg per shade.
- Do you provide a test report?
- Every lot ships with a batch test report covering density, melt flow index and tensile strength. Original inspection certificates are available on request.
- How long is delivery?
- Stock colours dispatch within 7–12 days. Custom colours take 20–25 days. Sea freight to Nhava Sheva takes about 18–22 days.
- Is it compatible with Bambu Lab / Prusa / Creality printers?
- Yes. The ±0.02 mm tolerance on 1.75 mm works on all common 1.75 mm printers; 2.85 mm is available for Ultimaker-style machines.
- Do you offer private-label spools?
- Yes — OEM and ODM with your own spool, carton and label artwork, from 200 kg per order.
