12-month warranty on diameter and moisture. How to file a claim in 3 steps.
What is covered
Every roll is covered for 12 months against diameter out-of-spec (> ±0.03 mm), moisture (vacuum bag compromised) and spool defects.
How to claim
- Photograph the spool label and the vacuum bag
- Measure 3 random 1 m sections with a caliper
- Send both to support@think3d.cn
Claims are settled within 3 working days with a replacement roll or a credit note, your choice.
